About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team of Sales & Customer First Ambassadors.

Our ideal candidate for this role will be dependable, thorough, well spoken, able to prioritise, with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a drive to meet and exceed service and sales outcomes. You will be comfortable talking to project-based customers and able to provide solid advice and information on our products and solutions.

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Efficiently attend to inbound calls, emails and web enquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Trade counter - face to face customer service
  • Provide customers with innovative solutions
  • Quote generation and follow-up
  • Outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Update all activities in the CRM
  • Freight Follow-up

Desired Skills and Experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer facing sales role
  • Building industry experience and product knowledge is highly regarded
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail - including experience working with numbers and calculations
  • Solution focused with practical aptitude
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Well organised, able to multitask and work unsupervised
  • Good computer literacy with accurate keyboard skills
