Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our small close-knit Operations team based in Canning Vale. Our ideal candidate for this role will be dependable, well spoken, able to prioritise, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experience.
You will play a key role in supporting the team, managing inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process and fulfill customer orders.
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Receive and put away stock efficiently.
Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, free of hazards.
Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and legislation.
Deliver stock to customers as required.
Assist with over-the-counter sales, phone calls, and offering product advice, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Enter customer orders and generate quotes.

Current driver’s license
Forklift license
Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
Prior experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack tasks.

Strong understanding of WHS obligations and a commitment to workplace safety.
Experience in using business software platforms (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced / small team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, and a reliable team player passionate about achieving great results.
