About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a talent for streamlining systems and supporting dynamic teams. As our IT Systems Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations, resolving technical issues, and driving system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems to meet company standards and requirements.
Monitor system performance and security, addressing potential issues proactively.
Administer and manage the NetSuite ERP system.
Manage and maintain procurement and accurate tracking of IT equipment and software.
Implement and maintain IT security measures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor system performance.
Collaborate with other departments to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals.
Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ad hoc IT tasks as required.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT security and compliance.
Experience managing ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite highly preferred).
Proficiency with network configuration, troubleshooting, and IT hardware/software management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
Team player with a collaborative nature.
