About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help deliver impactful marketing initiatives across the business.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who enjoys getting things done, from coordinating campaigns and creating content to managing digital marketing activity and supporting brand growth. This role focuses on delivery, implementation, and execution across multiple marketing channels, while also offering opportunities to contribute strategically and take on greater ownership and responsibility.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business, you’ll support campaigns, lead generation initiatives, product marketing activities, and brand growth across the organisation.
The role is designed with clear progression in mind, offering the right candidate a strong path toward a Marketing Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, SEO, website, and paid advertising channels.
Create and manage engaging marketing content including social media posts, campaigns, articles, flyers, case studies, and internal communications.
Assist with website updates, digital content management, and maintaining product marketing resources.
Coordinate EDM campaigns and automated customer journeys through marketing automation platforms.
Support Sales through lead generation initiatives, product marketing, and internal communications.
Assist with product launches, events, promotional activities, and broader marketing projects.
Coordinate marketing collateral, merchandise, and campaign assets with designers and external suppliers.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, or similar marketing role.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Strong communication, content creation, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools are highly regarded.
A willingness to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility over time.
